Age Restriction

​

You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to MBH/The Mobberley Brewhouse Limited. The "Prize" refers to the singular one off offering either in print, in adverts, on social media and is solely limited to the details which we have published.

• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the time and date stated either in print, in adverts, on social media, or wherever the competition was displayed, or within 14 days of the competition being announced - whichever is the shortest. A maximum of five (5) winners in any single one of our competitions that we ever create, in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter at the earliest possible time following the close to entries and the winner(s) will be notified on or after this date.

• The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). A maximum of five (5) winners in any single one of our competitions, will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

• Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered either using a computer process, by an independent person or by supervision of an independent person to ensure it is done fairly. The Promoters will also make sure that they are complying with data protection laws throughout this process. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

• The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.

Standard Returns Policy & Faulty/Damaged Items

​

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Mobberley Brewhouse within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at info@mbh.beer If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at info@mbh.beer and we will either resend the order, or issue a full refund.

If goods are to be returned to Mobberley Brewhouse, they must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Gift Cards & Vouchers

​

Gift cards & gift vouchers ('gift cards') may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products on ww.mobberleybrewhouse.co.uk and www.mbh.beer. Redemption of gift cards is subject to change at our sole discretion. Purchases are deducted from the redeemers gift card balance. Gift cards are limited to 1 purchase/transaction only, we do not offer new discount cards, cash, or credit for the unused balance. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another payment method. Gift cards cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged for cash or credit of any form. Gift card codes must be entered on our online store and it is the responsibility of the redeemer to remember to enter the code at checkout.

Vouchers are only valid for 24 months from the point of purchase, vouchers more than 24 months old will be voided and can not be partly or fully refunded, credited or exchanged for product.
